This is just a thought. To make purple eyeshadow pop better is it important to play with natural purple-ness of the eye lids or put a yellow based concealer to counter-act skin’s purple color and boost the brightness of the purple eyeshadow.
Let me know if anyone could answer this, please…

Apply layers of powder according to layers of liquid or cream foundations underneath. For eg. 2 layers of loose or compact powder on 2 layers of foundation or concealer. If this is not done, over powdering can look cakey while underpowdering would not make the foundation last.
